Convocation

11^th Convocation of the University is scheduled to be held on 15^th February, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Chaksu Campus for the students passedout in 2024.

Dr. Prem Chand Bairwa, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan has very kindly consented to be Chief Guest of the Convocation Programme.

All the eligible students of following programmes/batches are required to contact their respective coordinators or the Controller of Examinations for attending the function as follows:

Terms & Conditions for Attending the Convocation

1. Students are required to submit the NO-DUES (If not submitted yet) to the Examination Cell latest by 8th, February 2025.
2. Students are required to register themselves latest by 11th February, 2025 on homepage of the website.
3. No Request for REGISTRATION would be entertained after 11th February, 2025.
4. Students should report physically on 15th February, 2025 between 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM for obtaining the ID Card, Degree and Uparna with a payment of Rs. 200.
5. It is mandatory that the recipient of the Degree must attend the Convocation in the prescribed dress code:
   a) Boys : White Shirt, Black Trouser and Black Shoe
   b) Girls : White Saree with Red border and Red Blouse or White Salwar Suit with Red Dupatta.
6. The students are required to be seated in the Convocation Hall on 15th February, 2025 at 10:30 AM sharp, "SWITCH-OFF" the mobiles, Maintaining discipline and decorum during the program is mandatory.
7. Please do not bring any briefcase, handbag, electronic gadget, weapon etc. in the Convocation Hall.
8. The students are requested to stand up when the Academic Procession enters and leaves the Convocation Hall.
